To be clear, this isn't Five Nights at Freddy's 5, but a JRPG-style spin-off starring Freddy Fazbear and the rest of the cast, as creator Scott Cawthon has said several times. This translates to 40 distinct characters, multiple endings, and a diverse set of challenges.

Cawthon, in his usual tongue-in-cheek manner, revised the release date for the last main series entry, FNaF World, on the Steam Community forum.

When asked if the proposed release date was right, Cawthon answered two minutes later, "I won't make it to February 19th." Check to see if you have some spare time this weekend.

The weekend has arrived early for FNaF, as the game is now available for $9.99/£6.99 on Steam.
